bkey71 where are you

Have not heard from you in some time and no posts so was just wondering where you are and if you are ok. Have become kind of worried that you are not here anymore. If you get this then at least post back that you are ok or I will have to drive down to Texas to find out.

RE: bkey71 where are you

My attention was focused on my ham radio exam. I was not able to get on here for about a week or so. Just took my exam yesterday and passed with flying colors. The main thing I focused on was the morse code, but had no problem there. Now my time is a bit more freed up, although Xmas is coming soon!

The first two symbols are numbers, 73 which means best wishes in morse code "shorthand"

Next is my callsign

Then SK and AR which is more "shorthand" which means end of message and out or clear, end of communication.

RE: bkey71 where are you

I did not know that there was a shorthand for morse but guess I am learning slowly. callsign would then be K5BRK? Will have to decode again and see where I lost the message. Thanks bkey.
