94 mazda 626, 2.0 dies while driving along within few minutes, rpm drops quick then will jump back up, dont need to start car while driving will automatically kick start back up and do this off and on, engine light comes on when this happeneds sometimes?????

 

take it to autozone and get the codes then go from there

 

why would you take it to autozone? OBD-I...you're going to have to pull codes yourself, it shows how in a haynes manual...
