go big or go home!
In this case: go big to go home.

Little piddly intake exhaust won't do much at all.
You need boost or a bigger engine!

Could i turbo this engine or is a swap easier i'm slightly mechanically inclined but an engine swap is out of my league unless its mostly plug and play??? And thanks

as long as you keep boost around 5 psi your engine should be fine.
Try to locate a shop in your area that does aftermarket modifications and talk to them about your particular vehicle.
More spark (MSD ign Coil), new iridium spark plugs with gap around 30-32. Possible upgraded fuel pump. New tranny fluid with external cooler.
Fuel and ignition timing need to be addressed.
You need something like (see pic).

None of those videos are working, even after i click on your link.
Different years, cars have different computers. But anything is possible as long as you do not get carried away with an old engine!
