Default '89 323 emergency break light problem

Hello. Recently my e break warning has been flashing on & off when it's not engaged. After a while it just stayed lit & it hasn't turned off since. I was wondering if anyone had an idea on how to correct this problem?

OH AND I'm looking for new wheels & tires for my ride too. I have tiny little 13" ones right now & I'm looking for some 15's. Let me know please

Check your brake fluid, it is probably low. If it is low do NOT add more brake fluid, get your brakes checked since the pads/shoes are probably worn out hence the "loss" of fluid.
