2002 626 Questions
Hello all, I am the new owner of a 2002 model 626 GSi SE (2.0 16v), and I love it. Best car I've owned, by far.
I have a few enquiries that I hope you could help me with:
HEATED SEATS
Although my car doesn't (seem to) have the switches to operated seat heaters, I noticed that the passenger seat has 2 looms going into it - one yellow loom (Airbag? Drivers side is the same) and one black loom which goes into the seat, the driver's side does not have this.
Is it the seat heater, or just the sensor (for seatbelt warning)? If it is a heater loom, where's the switch?? (not on centre console as per owner's manual)
BLOWER CONTROLS
I have the climate control deck that is all electronically controlled, I can change the direction of air by continually pressing the "mode" button, although I the 'cycle' of settings does not include the option to blow air on the to windscreen only. It is always accompanied with airflow into the foot well too.
Again, the owner's manual shows that 'windscreen only' should be there, am I doing something wrong?
...any help you can offer would be appreciated.
Thanks.
