1994 626 THERMOSTAT INSTALL HELP NEEDED
 

hey everyone good day good eve,

can anyone help me locate my thermostat and give me some directions or pointers how to install it? i am semi-handy, never did anything major on a car, did brakes, battery, fuses etc... would you recommend me doing this alone?

any help would be greatly appreciated

Just follow the upper radiator hose to where it mounts on the cyl head. The thermostat is located inside that housing.

hey bkey71 thanks for replying ive seen alot of your posts and you really seem to know alot about these cars, i was hoping someone of your stature would help me out on this one. i will try this one on my own, although i have no idea how to do it. i am glad i came home and checked the forum first cause today i was looking at both hoses top and bottom and could not decide i almost thought it was running into the radiator. anyway i realized another situation that i have with this that may or may not be causing temp gauge to rise. water pump belt is loose.
