1989 Mazda 323 body question
 

Hello all I have a 1989 Mazda 323 that has struck a guard rail and damaged the drivers side front corner. I need to know if these cars can be clipped (replace the whole front end) or if there is no hope for it. Also it runs hot. Did these cars have a head gasket problem with them? Water pump and thermostat have been changed so I am searching. Thanks for the help

How hot is it running?

Compression / leak down test and you'll have your answer in regards to the head gasket.

I would also consider the condition of the rad.
