What Do you look for in a Mazda Parts Department?

I work at a Mazda dealer and they would like to start selling parts online. I'm just curious what everyone looks for in an online parts store, and what we can do to get you everything you need for your Mazda.

I'm know there are plenty of places selling parts cheaper than the dealer, but are the reliable? Are the cheap enough? Do the have the parts you need? Can they do anything better?

We want to be the place you choose for parts, what can we do to gain your buisness?

Fair prices! That's something the dealers don't offer and that's the reason people don't shop at the dealers!

If you look at some of our Sponsors and Can match their prices or get close with pricing and shipping, you can also Google on line Mazda Parts and see what comes up there are a couple of Trademotion sites that sell a full line of Mazda parts.
You can also get in touch with Site Administration and be a site sponsor.

A parts guy who is generally knowledgable about the part and can help with identifing CEL's and proceedures for correcting same. NOT a shop mushroom . This guy can pull in business if he's willing to work with you.

This guy hasn't been on since he first posted this thread.
I PMed him about forum sponsorship and have gotten no reply.
I think we're done here.
