I have to replace a front Wheel bearing on my W reg Mazda Demio 1.3i. Would anyone know what the torque setting for the hub nut should be please? This model is unusual in as much as it is FWD, but has Taper Roller front hub bearings. The hub nut is the type that after tightening you need to punch a flange on it into a keyway on the end of the driveshaft to lock it. (Normally with taper roller bearings there would be a castellated nut that takes a split pin and they would typically be installed to rear hubs only on FWD cars) Hope this makes sense!
