Hi All:

My 2002 Mazda 626 just started making a squeeking noise when I'm driving at slow speeds and turning as well. It seems to make it more when I turn to the left than the right. I had the brake pads replaced about 4 months ago. But this just started. I've also been having a kind of whirring sound, like a squeegie cleaning glass, coming from my steering wheel for almost a year. It seems to come and go, though. Any hints as to what these might mean? I'm taking it into the shop this week, but I want to have some idea, if possible.
