Hi everyone, as a current Mazda lessee (2023 CX-50) I try to stay current with Mazda news. With all the hoopla about the new CX-60/70/80/90 models, it occurred to me that what ever happened with Mazda's Skyactiv X engine? As far as I know it never came to North America. Is it even offered elsewhere in the world, or has it been quietly put out to pasture?

Has been available in Australia. We only got it as a 2 ltr engine.

I'm looking for feedbacks on the overall reliability of the skyactiv-x engine after a long run. Maybe someone who did some important miles on this engine could share his thoughts with us. Is the engine solid enough? Was there any important failure?
