Screeching noise under the hood

I have a 2002 Protege LX 2.0, automatic, with power steering and A/C.
I got the alternator and belts changed 2 years ago.
About a month ago, I started to hear a screeching noise after I started driving in the morning, then it stops after about a minute.
I checked the brakes and they are ok.
I figured out that it was the belt around the P/S pump and A/C pump.
The noise has gotten worse and lasts longer, but when I spray the belt with Belt Dressing the screeching noise stops but I continue to hear a clicking sound.
I don't think it's the belt, and the steering seems fine, I haven't turned on the A/C yet.
I just wanted to know if anyone can confirm it's the A/C pump or something else, before I take it to the garage for repair.

Thanks.

Belt Dressing is a band aid and I don't recommend any one using it. If the belts are squealing, they are doing so for a reason. I'd be willing to venture a guess that the belts have stretched a bit and need to have the tension re-adjusted. If they have been squealing for some time, the possibilities of the belts becoming glazed from the heat generated during the slip are high. If that's the case, they will need to be replaced.

As far as the click, you need hands on to diag that. Could be the belt, could be the a/c, could be, could be..........
