premacy 2000 lost key immobilizer problem

Hello

I own a mazda premacy 2000. I recently lost the only key i had.

I contacted the dealership and they say the ONLY way to fix it is to replace immobilizer box. no way to recode or read and make a new key.

they said this is easy for most all cars except the premacy 2000.

i dont believe that there is NO way for me to do this without replacing immobilizer. i have no problems buying key programmers etc, money is no the issue.

any help appreciated :)

regards from Iceland.

You should be able to just get a new key and have it cut. Check out https://www.mazdapartsprime.com/ to look for the OEM Mazda blank key.
