So basically i have been putting some love into my 626 lately. I just got a full tune up...wires, plugs, gas filter change, pvc valve. Because my car, one out of 10 starts, would rumble and feel like it was losing power when i accelerate. The car would really have a hard time getting going...but it would (Most the time) go away eventually or after i shut it off and restart. Then the tune up as stated above. Problem seems to be better for a day then its going back to its old problem or bogging low and power loss. my mechanic told me that it was getting "Misfires" and i need to replace the Coil Pack too. So i just replaced that.. ( i numbered all the wires so i cant imagine i messed that up...but if anyone knows the lay out exactlly, that would be helpful. ) So i start the engine up and alas still the same problem. I am by no means a mechanic, i learn everything as i go. But i am not half bad at working on cars. My question is...does anyone have any advice for me ?

Now, I am having all my belts replaced next week...timing (never been replaced), powersteering, ac, alt, and waterpump to be replaced as well with fluids changed.

I was told that my EGR Valve might have a problem too. That was the code autozone mentioned to me...but my mechanic does not seem to be interested at the time with it.

UPDATE: I just noticed that my alarm system no longer works like it used too. I also just cleaned battery terminals and made sure they were nice and tight.
