need help, really urgent
 

hi, today i was driving my 1999 mazda protege (automatic) and i got into an accident. it wasent a major one but i got hit on my left bumper my light fell out and was hanging on a wire. but point is, now every time i put the car in park it struggles to go up there. every other shift is fine D N L 3. but everytime i put it into park its not smoothly going into park. any help please? could this be a transmission issue?
