Need help :(
 

So i just got this 01 Protege and I went to get it inspected. Air bag light on = Fail. I get home and see the harness next to the gas pedal was unplugged, I proceed to plug it in. When I go to start it, the light is now off, but now my car won't start. The engine turns over but that's as far as it gets. Any idea why this just happened. It went to a mechanic just last week because it would not start before it was sold to me and the trade-off was the airbag light was on. So is there any way I can just get it back to running so I can take it somewhere
