MAZDA OBD2 TOOL good or not

Hello,anyone has MAZDA OBD2 TOOL experience? Mazda OBD2 Odometer Correct and Airbag Moduel Repair Tool
I am interested in this tool, but can't any reviews about it ,how to use it and it's good or not?any knows?
