Mazda 6 engine replacement PLEASE READ

Will this engine from the grey Mazda 6 fit the red 06 mazda 6? Can anyone tell me?

Any 2.3 Mazda 6 engine from late 2005 - early 2008 will fit & do the job. Emissions is all electronic. Just use the manifolds & auxiliaries from your old engine on the new block.

That's my issue this is an 04 Mazda 6 the engine would come out of
