Marshall tires by Kumho?

Does anybody know about Marshall tires? As far as I know, they are manufactured by Kumho. I got a quote from Wal-Mart for $113 a tire (205/45/16). It's the cheapest tire I have found (I got other quotes for Hankook, Bridgestone and Goodyear). Also, Wal-mart is the only place that offered a 110,000 km road-hazard warranty.

Any thoughts?
