Luggage cover in 2007 Mazda 6 - is it terminal ?

Hi
Opened the boot today and found that my luggage cover seems to have died ! By that I mean it stopped retracting. Does anyone think this is fixable, or is it terminal and I need a new one ?. If so, any advice as to where ? Thanks in advance :):D
