Loss of turbo during uphills
 

Hi everyone

I have been struggling with this for 3 years. When I go uphill and the car shifts from 4th to 5th gear the is a sharp loss of power. From there the can really struggles and at times goes into limp mode with the attached photo. Then I have to stop, switch the car on and off for it to reset and go again. This issue doesn't happen consistently and sometimes goes away for a while and other days are bad days. But when it does happen it is when going uphill and going into 5th. Someone told me it might be the turbo actuator but jot sure. Any thoughts?
