Locking Lug Nut Problem

I figure this problem has been discussed here, but I can't find anything on it.

I'm trying to remove my lug nuts and on one of the wheels I can not remove the locking lug nut. I have the key, although it seems a bit worn, and it doesn't grip the locking nut well enough to turn it. The original lug nuts are 21mm, so I took a 20mm and knocked that onto the locking nut still I can't budge the nut.

Any advise? I will probably have to buy replacements anyhow so if I have to damage the locking nut to remove it, that is fine with me.

places that sell tires can probably remove it, but they destroy the lug nut/bolt. personally, i think they are useless.

They are useless. I don't care if I destroy the locking lug nut, but I want to get rid of it without destroying the bolt.

they dont destroy the stud. what i meant is that some cars have lug nuts, some have lug bolts. the ones with nuts, it will destroy the nut. the ones with bolts, the head of the bolt will be destroyed.
