Knocking noise in the back of the car!

Lately, I've been hearing a knocking noise coming from the back end of my car. This happens when I take my foot off the brake and press on the gas peddle. making a left or right turn and also when entering and exiting a driveway.

Has anyone experience this with their car? If yes, what was the problem and what had to be fixed?

Have you had anything done to the rear brakes lately?

I haven't had the rear breaks replaced yet...only the front was replaced.
Could it be the sway bar links?

The rear swaybar link nuts are well known for coming loose and creating a knocking noise.
Do a spanner check.
