Found Oil in the Filter

1. Found oil in the tray for the air filter but the oil level is full
2. Emergancy brake light stays on
3. Need to get the best way to secure loose exhaust pipe

Question number 1 answer is blow by. ?Question number 2 answer is let the dealer fix it with 100%OEM parts. Question number 3 answer is let the dealer fix it with 100%OEM parts.
