Fitting Fog Light Kit..

Hi,

Does anyone know if fitting a fog light kit to a Mazda 2 requires an entire new front bumper?

My model (pictured here) seems to have moulded horizontal bars across the bumper sockets. I can't see how the lamps would fit around these?
