I'm having trouble using the Mazda Toolbox to update the map. I can log in and backup, but when I go to download it hangs at 0% downloaded. I've done this several times before without a hitch. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but it is the first time I've done this on this particular laptop. Anyone have any ideas?

 

Try by not backing up the data on the sd card. It worked for me!

 

Are there features that I am missing out on? I haven't updated it since I bought my car in q1 of 2017. CX5.

 

This is simply the map updates for new roads and points of interest. I have to admit that I have yet to see any corrections from any updates so far. I would try to do it once before the 3 years expires but I wouldn’t worry too much if you miss it.
