Default Crankcase pressure

New to this forum so a big hello. I have Ford Ranger/Mazda b2500 4 x 4 turbo diesel. My problem is that the crankcase pressure is building up and pushing the oil out the engine - it does not have a PCV. I have 2 of them, about 6 months apart in age (2000 & 2001) and what happens to one eventually happens to the other. I have disconnected the valve cover pipe leading to the air filter - if connected the oil blow back causes the turbos to start racing. Any ideas, pulling my hair out looking for answers
