Default coolant in oil, HELP

hey hey, im new to this....so....ive been collecting rx-7's since i was 14, but i still dont know all that i need to know of course, but yeah...i recently bought a 1987, well october of 86', turbo II for 300$, and it runs but it leaks coolant into the oil, i have been told that it might be a busted water jacket, but i have no idea what the hell it could be, so if anyone has any reasonable explanation of what it might be then hook me up, because i figured if it was a busted water jacket it would leak into the combustion chamber and cause the motor to missfire, but yeah plz help

Default RE: coolant in oil, HELP

ther are rubber "O" rings that seal water jackets from combustion chambers. the rings are the size of the rotor housings and and when they fail due to age or over boost, allow water to enter places it should'nt go, ie. combustion chambers and oil supply. the engine needs to come apart to be repaired, so buy a complete gasket set and rebuild. good luck.
