Circuit Diagram for Transmission Control Module - Mazda 3 2010

Does anyone know where I can find/buy the circuit diagram for the TCM itself (Not the wiring to or from it)?

TCM in question below.

Welcome to the forum

You would need to contact a company that actually rebuilds these TCM. Mazda as well other auto manufactures do not make available the information you are asking for. mainly because there is no service program to repair them. They are replaced if found damaged or failed.
