Have you tried disconnecting the battery for +/-30 secs? Then reconnect it, of course.
This serves to reset things sometimes, including certain radio problems.
If that doesn't work, I would have to guess that you have an internal problem that will need servicing by a technician.
The changers have been known to have various problems, which is why I am glad my car doesn't have one.
In short, yes - it looks like the wiring is there. You may also have a pair of phono leads with red & white plugs for the audio output.
Make sure you get a changer that's compatible with your head unit - check on the maker's website.
If you fit a changer & everything works apart from the sound, then you definitely need to find or fit those phono leads.
