Cabin filter

I was thinking about replacing the cabin air filter on Mom's 2005 Mazda 6, then I wondered....do all6 models have the filter, or is the cabin filter an option or available only on certain trim levels?

All 6 models have a cabin air filter. It is located behind the glove compartment and behind a rectangular cover in the heater box above the fan.

No it does not zmanzke. MPV did not get a cabin air filter untill introduction or the redesigned model in 2000.
