Attachment to the roof behind sunvisor

Friends, I have just bought a second hand Mazda Demio and found an attachment to the roof behind the drivers sunvisor. It looks like there was something attached and there is a wire connection coming out. Cannot make up what was there. Can anyone help out or have an idea?!! Thanks a lot.

Im guessing being a Demio its a Jap import?

Most likely a "Toll Tag" for Japanese toll roads.
