I test drove a 2021 Mazda 3 Hatchback Turbo at the dealer the other day, and while driving, it acted weird. I'm not familiar with the vehicle, but while taking off, I hit the gas and the engine reacted like I was taking off in a high gear on a standard, or like it Stutters and braked, where the car was jolted back and forth 3 times in about a couple of seconds, and then it was fine. It wasn't subtle or barely noticeable, it was actually pretty violent. I've test driven it again and so has the dealer and it didn't do it again. I'd like to purchase the car, but wanted to know if anyone has had any experience like this. I'm almost certain it wasn't in manual or sport. Could it be the forward collision system, the SMS?
