2020 2.5 Cylinder Deactovation

I am interested in purchasing a 2020 Mazda but is there a way tell if an engine has the cylinder deactivation feature?
its not always listed on the window sticker and salespersons just get a blank stare when asked.
I'm looking at several models but just don’t want this feature.

To the best of my knowledge, all new 2.5ltr engines have CD.

I'm under the impression that there are some lower trim models that don't have it. this may be old news though.
I'd just like to be able to tell the difference.

Check out the Mazda website. It is my understanding that all Mazda3s in the US have it but only the top CX-30 has it. Not sure about the other models. But I am am sure I saw something that it was not on all but the top CX-30 in the beginning.

I have it on my 2019 Mazda3 and have never noticed any impact.
