2001 Mazda Millenia S won't start

2001 Mazda Millenia S won't start
So I bought this car & I drove it to the gas station. After I pump gas , the car won't start anymore. I got a new battery & the car seems like it wants to start but keeps cranking. Any ideas or advice?
