Default 1993 Mazda MX-3 1.8 V6 Serpentine Belt Q's

So, last night while I was driving, my tensioner pulley seemed to have locked up, and torched my belt. I have been having trouble finding part numbers for that pulley, and anything related to that belt setup. From what I've tried to look up, there are two versions of the belt setup. My car has AC, so it uses two belts. One powers the AC and alternator, and the other powers the power steering pump. Mine that broke was for the power steering pump. Anyone know where I can find these parts?

Also, is it getting close to time to replace my power steering pump if its spinning with no resistance?

I am kinda new to this, so please leave the rude remarks to a minimum.
