Part identification

Have a 2020 Mazda 6 2.0 SkyActiv G Touring. I found a slight coolant leak when looking over the engine. Definitely leaking there because I cleaned it off and it came back in the same spot after a few weeks. For the life of me, I have been unable to identify the part after days of research. I�ve attached pictures and circled the part in red. The purple area is where it is leaking. No puddles of coolant, just dried coolant, so I believe it just started. The part is bolted on the back of the engine block on the right side. It appears to be attached to the thermostat housing. The hoses running back to the dash go directly to the heating core. The third picture shows the whole part and the dirt around the part is the coolant I brushed off the nipple that is leaking. Check engine light has not come on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Indicator Audible Warning

This is well strange, I had a CX-3 ( 2019MY ) and noticed the audible warning when indicating was intermttent, this can be a bit dodgy on a sunny day with the windows down as the indicators can be left on, anyway I sold that last month and brought a 2022 Mazda2 and lo and behold it does the exact same thing, anyone with and idaes/solutions would be very much appreciated
