I was given this today. Does anyone know how to hardwire one of these? I'm doing a conversion on another car I was told there's a can-bus interphase? I'm not sure can anyone help.

I'm guessing its a electric power steering pump from either a BK or BL Mazda 3. What vehicle are you wanting to fit it to?

A little research done,

The big fat White wire is 80amp fused supply power
The big fat black wire is earth

The SB - Sky blue wire is a 7.5amp fused supply power
The red & white wires are the high speed can network.

It's going into an old Mitsubishi, if possible. Wanted to convert to electro hydraulic to save a little space in the front but hours of research have lead me with no solution it's not as easy as an mr2 pump or a Volvo pump just needed a bit of information to see if this was possible.

Would you know what the plug info is for the 2006 Axela pump
I managed to get hold of one, but cant seem to find wiring info
Would be able to find the CAN bus info if can work out wiring info
Will just get logs off a car, and play back message and keep removing some till down to minimal needed to make run

Would you know where could down load manual for this car, can find that info if has wiring diagrams

This thread had some good info, nothing on controlling it though and not my pump
