Hi folks
​​​​​​just bought a 2008 Mazda 2 1.5 but only has 1 key which is a standard none remote key and sealed, looking to get a remote key and program it but I have no idea what transponder chip it's using, when I look around its say it's a 4d63 40bit then other say it 80bit or a id63 chip so wondering if anyone here knows?

You can usually only do this yourself if you have two existing keys. This is to prevent valets or other unscrupulous individuals who have access to one of the keys from cloning that key and stealing your car.
