Noob Alert! Please help :p

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to these forums so would like to say hi from Australia :D

I have sort of accidently purchased 2 head units. An Eonon and now a Joying. I researched for ages and couldn't find anything that was too negative about the Eonon until after it shipped and found heaps complaining about the speed of the unit and it freezing up. So I decided to purchase a Joying universal unit that has more RAM etc. Hopefully, I can either send the Eonon by or sell on eBay

Ok down to the serious stuff that is confusing the hell out of me. I'm totally and utterly lost as to what I need to install a Joying head unit in my 2011 Mazda 3 SP25.

This is what has been purchased so far:
Head Unit: https://goo.gl/rtR3SY
Wiring kit: https://goo.gl/dgZd8d
Reverse Camera: https://goo.gl/OY85OS
Mazda 3 BK 2009 Up FACIA KIT: https://goo.gl/xiyPma

Are these all the proper parts? Do I need a canbus harness for steering wheel functions? Is this the same as a steering wheel control interface?

Sorry, I'm just so confused. Joying emailed asking "Have you checked your factory car plug? Do you think our Mazda 3 harness can fit with your car?" How I'm I supposed to work it out?

Normally I good with technical things being in IT but this has just really thrown me.

Thanks for any help
