Hooking up Aftermarket Rear Mirror Monitor & Back-up Camera
 

we just purchased a 2015 CX-5 Sport last night and would like to install Aftermarket Rear View Monitor & Back-up Camera. is there any DIY here? see below parts which one im going to use. i already have the back-up camera and only need the mirror monitor.

Do CX5s not come standard with a reverse camera in the USA? Every single CX5 in Australia comes with a Camera.

it's not standard on SPORT.. only for TOURING & GRAND TOURING.

saw this thread and want to make sure if factory NAVIGATION required to install a aftermarket back-up camera? can someone confirm this?

No need for sat nav

i see that you're from Australia. not sure if we have the same feature that doesn't need NAVIGATION to hook-up aftermarket camera on FACTORY RADIO w/o NAVI.

off topic...

planning to use the FACTORY RADIO w/ BLUETOOTH and will install with AFTERMARKET CAMERA.

possible for US owners?

need some answers before buying.. :D
