Letting a great car down! Has anyone had any prob with clutch judder, especially first couple of miles when cold. Mazda dealer checked twice for fault but found no problem. I know of one other owner with same problem, he has had the same response from a different dealer.

I HAVENT HEARD OF THIS ISSUE ON "ANY" MAZDA 6 MODELS BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A CHANCE THERE IS A PROBLEM ...WITH THAT SAID

-MAKE SURE VEHICLE IS AT 100% OPERATING TEMP....THE TCM WILL NOT RESPOND THE GREATEST IF ITS REALLY COLD.

-HAVE THE DEALER CHECK FOR PCM AND TCM UPDATE-THERE MAY BE SOME UPDATED DRIVERS YOUR VEHICLE NEEDS.

HOPE THIS HELPS

Also have the cold clutch judder problem.Shouldn't have to rev an engine that high to get started. Suspect a design flaw rather than a mechanical problem. If enough of us complain, they might come out with a fix.

Great car other than that and the squeaky brake thing. It does love the open highway, doesn't it!

Got the same trouble with my V6, even with a short shifter on. And found this a real pain in the daily driving and not fun to shift up or down.

Often I think I should had choose the automatic instead to get a more steady and smooth gearshift.

I am trying to see how to fix it, or at least how to get a smoother shifting, and I let you know.

Mazdaservice, have you any complaint on this from other 6 owners?
