Anyone know how to remove a good winshield? I want to reinstall it again. I have to remove it because some rust is pushing the seal up allowing the rain to get in. It is 84 B2000. It just has the rubber seal (NOT glued down).

When I removed windshields on VW Bugs with the same type seal, I have a tool that i got from a glass company. It looks like a wide popsicle stick with a flat tip and plastic. What I did was to get on the inside and start on a corner of the seal. Get the tool on the edge of the seal and pry the seal inward toward the glass while holding steady gentle pressure outward on the glass. It may take two people. Generally, one you get about a third of the way done you can easily push the glass out with the seal attached to it. Do not try to remove the glass from the seal until glass is all the way out. They come out together.
