My 02 P5''s AC light (the one on the button that enables/disables the AC compressor) flashes on and off at certain fan speed settings. It''s not just the light, the AC compressor is cycling on & off with the light. It started on fan setting 2, now the light (and compressor) does not come on at all for fan setting 2 & 3, and it is intermittent for fan setting 4; the only one that works consistently now is setting 1. I replaced the fan switch, and then the light and compressor stayed on at all fan speed settings, for only a few hours. I then swapped the Fan and the Headlight relays (they are the same type), but it had little effect. I noticed that when the AC light is off and I turn on the headlights, the AC light and the compressor will come on. I also noticed that the AC light dims considerably when the headlights are on. The AC light and compressor begin their intermittent behavior when the engine is revved. I''d really appreciate your suggestions or stories of similar problems. Thanks for your help! P5_Phil
