Starting with a 175/70R13

14" Rim
175/65R14 Indicates speed 1.37% slow (If your speedo reads 100, you're actually going 101.37)
185/60R14 Indicates 0.40% slow (speedo 100, actual 100.4 mph)
195/55R14 Indicates 0.9% fast (speedo 100, actual 99.1)

15" Rim
175/55R15 Indicated 100 mph, actual 99.7
185/55R15 Indicated 100, actual 101.6
195/50R15 Indicated 100, actual 100.1

16" Rim
175/60R16 Indicated 100, actual 101.06
185/45R16 Indicated 100, actual 99.6
195/45R16 Indicated 100, actual 101.15
