I was thinking of painting the trim under my hood, would I be able to use spray paint for plastics? If so would I have to use plastic primer also?

Since it won''t get that hot under there I don''t see why not! I used model paint on the letterig of my valve cover and no probs.

how about spray painting the plastic covers? does it get to hot under there for that?
