Looking to install a cheap portable/removable DVD player for the kids.
Looking for ideas, mounting,brand, size, pictures of your install''''s. I was thinking about just
some velcro on the center arm rest and sticking it there.

We had a standard 7" player but it did not work out as the outside viewers could not see it because it sat back to far. I purchased an inexpensive unit that allowed the screen to swivel so that the base could be toward the front of the car while the screen faced back. It seems to do the job.

I also looked into headrest dvd players from ebay but the timing was no good for my vacation.

oh, I found that our model fit snugly so we did not secure it. You may need some 90 degree adapters from the source so that the power cord does not get damaged.

You could also just run a velcro strap around the unit and around the cover of your console. This way you don''t have to stick crap to your car interior.
