I''ll agree with Siber and M3 - The A/C works like the heater, the higher the RPM''s the better they work.

ok, I went to try it again and the AC light now comes on when on defog.....but I could''ve sworn it didnt before!!! I do still stand by the fact that you can get cold air by setting it on defog without AC at a descent speed....good way to save money!!

I meant at a good speed above 40 maybe, the air from the defog gets cooler. so the AC is automatically on when in defog even if the light for the AC is off?
