Can anyone help on how to do a complete flush of the transmission fluid on a Mazda 121. I removed the atf oil pan but only about 3/4 of the fluid has come out. The manual says something about a drain plug somewhere but it doesn''t tell you exactly where it is. I know some flush their transmissions through the transmission to radiator pipe whilst running the engine and pouring trans fluid in through the dipstick hole but I''ve heard this method runs the risk of damaging the transmission. Can anyone offer any assistance. Very much appreciated.

A bit of a technical topic, but I did the flush through the radiator to trans pipe, slowly draining, topping up and draining again, until it ran clean. Pretty straightforward
