Hi and welcome dumdum.
I think you'd need to include more information about the vehicle to get a comprehensive answer to your question however.  Please remember that the MPV has been made sine the early '80's and in many different configurations.
Year, engine size/type, etc....

Hi I did the plugs on my 03 LX which should be \\;pretty much the \\;same as your 04. It''s not impossible but it''s far from an easy job. Front three are easy. Back three are a PIA. I''ve seen posts where folks say that removing the intake is not necessary but can''t attest to that. I removed the intake to get to the back three. Total job took me close to \\;6 hours. Good news is that at 60,000 (the recommended change time), the Motorcraft plats looked very good. Here''s an excellent link with pictures as well as some testimonials. http://forum.mpvclub.com/viewtopic.php?t=17565
Really boils down to how much your time is worth. One piece of advice is that there is an error in most parts catalogs for the intake manifold gaskets. These are not a Fel-Pro item (the number listed for our cars is incorrect). \\;I believe they are only available from the dealer and somewhat pricey. Of course, my local dealer quoted me $17 for a radiator \\;draing plug, too. Upon hearing that, I decided to look at little longer for it. Glad I found it ...
